Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right. Please read our policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.


1. Return Eligibility

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase from Breezymun. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided

โš ๏ธ Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially consumed pet food and treats
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been visibly used, altered, or damaged by the customer

2. How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple. Just follow these steps:

Contact our support team at support@breezymun.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

Receive return instructions โ€” Our team will review your request and respond within 1โ€“2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Pack and ship your item โ€” Securely package the item in its original packaging and send it back using the provided instructions. Please retain your shipping receipt as proof of postage.

Refund processed โ€” Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5โ€“10 business days.


3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Please allow 5โ€“10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank, then contact us and we will investigate promptly.


4. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for items of a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@breezymun.com with your order number and the details of the item you'd like instead.

If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund or store credit at your preference.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally items may be damaged during transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve this quickly, please email support@breezymun.com with the subject line "DAMAGED ITEM" and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the damaged item and its packaging

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund depending on your preference and product availability.


6. Missing Items

If your order arrives incomplete or an item is missing, please first check whether your order was shipped in multiple packages โ€” your remaining items may still be on their way.

If all packages have arrived and an item is still missing, please contact us at support@breezymun.com with the subject line "MISSING ITEM" and include your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Promotional & Sale Orders

Return and refund terms may differ for items purchased during special promotions, flash sales, or clearance events. Please review the specific terms and conditions of any promotion before placing your order. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.


8. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the full cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid label
  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Size or color exchanges: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we cover outbound shipping for the replacement
