▶  Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes. This includes updating your shipping address, changing product variants, or cancelling the order entirely. Once an order has entered fulfillment or been dispatched, we are unable to make modifications.

▶  Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes can only be made before your order is dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. We recommend using a permanent residential address rather than a temporary one to avoid any delivery complications.

▶  How do I enter my shipping address correctly?

Please ensure your shipping address is entered in English using standard Latin characters. If your address contains special characters or accented letters, please substitute them with the closest English equivalent. Accurate address entry helps ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Delivery times vary by region. After a processing period of 1–3 business days, estimated transit times are as follows:

▶  How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 3–7 business days for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. You can use any reliable package tracking service to monitor your shipment's progress.

▶  Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you have concerns about additional charges.

▶  Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

If your order contains multiple items, they may be fulfilled from different warehouse locations and shipped separately. This helps us get your items to you as quickly as possible. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package, and there is no additional shipping charge for split deliveries.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

▶  What is your return policy?

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Please note that certain items such as opened food, treats, or personalized products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

▶  My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged item and its packaging

Once we review your case, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

▶  There are missing items in my order. What do I do?

First, check whether your order was shipped in multiple packages — your remaining items may be on their way separately. If all packages have arrived and something is still missing, please contact us right away with your order number and a description of the missing item. We'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

▶  How long does a refund take to process?

Once your return or refund request has been approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
